Returning unwanted items
If you made your purchase directly from us, through this website, you may change your mind and return an unwanted item.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The simplest way is to reply to your order confirmation email to request a return and we’ll personally guide you through the process. Otherwise email us at [email protected] with your original order number and/or name and purchase date.
Our products all carry a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. We will repair or replace your item free of charge. In the first instance we recommend contacting customer support who are often able to fix issues without the need for a return.
You may contact us for help even if you did not purchase from us directly. We just need proof of purchase.
After one year has passed we may still be able to help with a low cost repair or replacement item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will provide the return shipping address once we’ve received your email submission and approved it.
